EIGH-T 

The office type in modern era is all about efficiency. Maximizing the footprint in order to gain most usage is the momentum that somehow limit the range of design into glass "shoe-box". Yaeni office is the project that we find the way to carve through that shoe box to achieve both efficiency and aesthetic for the office.

The site lies at the gateway of Yaeni industrial zone, 40 km away from the capital of Myanmar, Nay Pyi Daw. The "base" was recessed behind the structure with glazing material to elevate the building. The"upper" uses cladding system with gradient shade of green to create dynamic of the facade. The feel changes even more dramatic when one moves along the facade. As the building prolong 70 m, two sides elevated gardens and a central courtyard breath natural atmosphere into a modern "shoe-box" office.
